Returning Unwanted Items

In the unlikely event you decide you no longer want your items, simply return them within 60 days to our magical toy shop at:

Please ensure that the products are in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. You’ll be responsible for the return postage, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service with insurance. This way, you have proof of receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of us receiving the items, but please allow extra time during the busy Christmas season as our elves are very busy.

Returning Faulty Items

Sometimes, items can arrive damaged or may be faulty. If this happens, don’t worry! We’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just reach out to us at orders@curiousminds.co.uk. If your items don’t meet your expectations or if something is missing, please let us know right away. We’d love the chance to make things right because your satisfaction is our top priority!

Cancelling an Order
