Single Origin Honey

Our honey is produced from our own beehives, situated on the West Coast of Scotland in the pretty seaside town of Helensburgh.

Our buzzy ladies fly freely through the gardens of the town, collecting the nectar from a wide range of flowers, including the heathers which grow in my garden. We don't feed them syrup until the late winter when they're given a top up as a just-in-case measure because our winters can be very long.

This means the honey you buy from us, and the honey we use in the chocolates we make for you, is pure, natural nectar-derived honey. It's floral in flavour and a truly lovely treat for your breakfast table or as a gift for friends & family.
