How to Use:
- Be in a quiet and warm room, you can place the stethoscope directly on testee's chest.
- There are two sides that can be placed against the testee for sensing sound; a diaphragm (plastic disc) or bell (hollow cup).
- Switch the diaphragm or bell mode to use. When the plastic disc is used, the hollow cup will be closed and vice versa.
Curious Minds Did You Know? The first stethoscope was invented in 1816 by French doctor Rene Laennec and consisted of a wooden tube, similar to an ear trumpet (used by those who were hard of hearing).
