Handmade Dairy Free Spiced Rum Truffles
We've not made dairy free chocolates before, but when a friend asked for some for her dairy intolerant daughter, we thought we'd try our hand and we're delighted with the results.
The ganache centres are made with vegan milk chocolate, flavoured with our own blend of spiced rum and enrobed in a rich 72% Belgian dark chocolate. Each chocolate is dusted in shimmering edible gold for that touch of glamour.
